Step 1: Check Your Email
Your training certificate is usually sent a few days after your class. Search your inbox for the subject line:

Can’t find it? Be sure to check your spam or junk folders too!
Step 2: Ask Yourself: Do You Still Need to Submit the Hands-On Video?
If you didn’t complete the hands-on activity with a partner during class, you’ll need to submit a hands-on video. If you completed this activity during your training, you’re all set.
Step 3: Still Can’t Find Your Certificate?
If you’ve exhausted your email search and still can’t locate your certificate, you can request a replacement.
