No matter which option you choose, you’ll receive the same comprehensive training content. My live online format allows you to join from anywhere in the world!

Best if you can block off three full days and want to finish in a single weekend.

- Best for: People who want the fastest path to certification
Once a Week for 5 Weeks, Take Your Time
Best if your weekends are not your own and you want space between sessions to absorb the material.
- Schedule: One evening per week, for 5 weeks
- Time per session: 6:00 to 10:30 p.m. ET
- Total time to finish: Just over a month
- Best for: People working or parenting on weekends
5 Consecutive Days, Finish in One Week
Best if your weekday mornings are free and you prefer five shorter sessions over three long days.
- Schedule: Five consecutive days, Monday to Friday
- Time per day: 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. ET
- Total time to finish: One week
- Best for: People who want to finish fast but find three full days too intense

I offer several birth doula training workshops, each covering the same essential material. The only difference is the order in which the topics are presented. This flexibility allows you to choose the workshop that best fits your schedule and learning style.
As soon as you register, you’ll have access to the online portal, a comprehensive library of resources to kick-start your learning even before the workshop begins. These optional materials include videos, downloadable handouts, and texts that you can explore at your own pace.
In addition to the training materials, you’ll also receive a wealth of business resources to help you launch and grow your doula practice. These include client handouts, intake forms, sample contracts, and more.
