Women supporting each other during childbirth training.

Wonder what happens after a doula training? Most doula trainings end when the workshop does. Mine doesn’t.

When you complete my birth doula training, you join a community of over 10,000 doulas worldwide who continue to learn, ask questions, and support each other long after training ends. Everything on this page is included in your original training fee. No upsells, no monthly charges, no expiration date.

Weekly Office Hours

Every week, I host a live virtual drop-in session where you can ask anything. Stuck on a client situation? Unsure how to handle a tricky conversation with hospital staff? Wondering what to charge? Bring your questions. These calls are informal, supportive, and open to all graduates.

This is where real learning and mentorship happens. You’ll hear how other doulas are handling the same challenges you’re facing, and you’ll get direct guidance from someone who has attended over 1,500 births. Whether you trained with me last month or five years ago, you’re welcome.

Alumni Community

You’ll have access to our private online community of doulas at every stage of their careers. Some are preparing for their first birth. Others have been practicing for years. The mix is intentional.

Inside the community, you can:

– Ask questions between office hours

– Share wins and work through challenges

– Find backup doulas in your area

– Get feedback on your website, pricing, or contracts

– Connect with doulas who understand this work

This isn’t one of those groups where posts disappear into the void. It’s active, moderated, and full of doulas who actually know each other and show up for one another.

Speaker Series

I bring in guest experts to teach on topics that matter to working doulas. Past sessions have covered everything from pelvic floor basics to navigating difficult family dynamics to insurance billing. These sessions are live, and recordings are available if you can’t attend.

You’ll keep learning without paying for separate continuing education courses.

Co-Working Sessions

Sometimes you just need dedicated time to work on your doula business with other people around. Our co-working sessions give you that structure. Show up, set a goal for the hour, and get it done alongside other doulas doing the same thing.

These sessions are especially helpful when you’re working on tasks that feel overwhelming alone, like updating your website, drafting a blog post, or organizing your client files.

Lifetime Listing on MeetYourDoula.com

Every graduate receives a free lifetime listing on MeetYourDoula.com, a directory where families search for doulas by location. Your profile stays active as long as you want it there, helping potential clients find you without any ongoing cost.

Certification Support

If you’re working toward DONA International certification, you’ll have support through office hours and the alumni community to help you navigate the process. You’ll know exactly what paperwork to complete, how to document your births, and what to expect. Many doulas finish certification faster than they expected because they have clear guidance and accountability along the way.

This Is What Makes the Difference

Learning comfort measures and labor support is important. But what happens after training determines whether you actually build a sustainable doula practice.

Too many doulas finish a workshop, feel excited for a few weeks, and then get stuck. They don’t know how to find clients. They second-guess themselves at their first birth. They feel alone.

That won’t be you.

When you train with me, you get a community and a mentor for as long as you’re doing this work. That’s the part most trainings leave out. It’s the part I consider essential.
