A Quick Word About Me
I’m Robin Elise Weiss, PhD, MPH. I’ve been a birth doula and doula trainer for more than three decades. I’m certified through DONA International as a birth doula trainer, and I’m a public health professor at the graduate and undergraduate level. I’ve attended over 1,500 births and trained more than 10,000 doulas.
I wrote this guide because I get the same questions over and over from people thinking about this work, and I want you to have honest information before you spend any money on a training program (mine or anyone else’s).
